A set of poly spring pads is included inside the box of each of the following SuperSpring models: SSA10; SSA12; SSA13; SSA15; SSA16; SSA17; SSA21; SSA22; SSA23; SSA24; SSA25; SSA26

The Poly Spring Pad, is a dense polyurethane block that has been designed to seat between the top of the vehicle springs pack and the underside of the SuperSprings. (See Fig.2 and Fig.3 below)

It is used on applications where the factory springs sit above the axle and no mounting kit (MTKT) is required. It is also used in lieu of a mounting kit on certain vehicle applications.

The poly spring pad provides a friction seat which reduces the possibility of the SuperSpring shifting after installation. (See Fig. 1)

The poly spring pads will fit all Ford, Chevrolet and Dodge application, as specified in the SuperSprings vehicle application sheet.

Figure 2 shows the poly spring pad seated on the OE retaining plate above the spring pack. Figure 3 shows the same application with the SuperSpring in place. Please note that with some applications the U-bolts used to secure the factory springs to the vehicle axle with be reversed from those shown in Figure 2 and 3 and will be facing down toward the ground. This does not make any difference to the installation of the poly spring pad.

One set, two poly spring pads are included and shipped with each set of the relevant model SuperSprings referenced above.
